  • Taking the oath
  • How to present evidence in a professional manner
  • How to prepare to attend court
  • Defence and Prosecution questioning techniques – including link to transactional analysis

 

Assessment

 

  • One multiple choice objective test
  • Practical court assessment – delegates are assessed giving evidence related to the case studies
