- Mens rea, standard of proof and burden of proof
- Criminal justice guidelines

- Fraud Act 2006
- Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981
- Identity Documents Act 2010
- Bribery Act 2010

Assessment
- One multiple choice objective choice test
- Assessed learning log where the delegate reviews their current investigation activity and relates it to the key elements of this course.
